"Small batch" refers to the quantity of products that will be sold. A limited quantity of products will be produced and sold for each collection. For this year's Christmas Collection there will be 25 or fewer of each product in stock. The quantity available will be displayed on the product page.
"Hand-crafted" refers to two things - firstly, it refers to how the products are made - by hand rather than machine, and secondly, "Hand" is my family name, so it is play on words.
2. When & where will the products be available?
Products will be available for purchase online from https://madebyhandchocolates.ca
3. When will my order be processed?
All orders will be processed in the order they were received starting Monday, December 11. You will receive an email when your order has been processed.
4. Will I be able to pickup my order in person?
Yes, you can pickup your order from my residence in downtown Toronto for free. You will receive an email with pickup details when your order has been processed.
5. Will you ship my order if I cannot pick it up?
Yes, any orders for shipping will use Canada Post Expedited Parcel delivery.
A standard shipping rate will be charged at checkout ($20.00 within Ontario and $25.00 for the rest of Canada). If your actual shipping cost is less than what you have been charged you will receive a refund for the difference.
You will receive an email when your order has shipped.
6. Will you ship my order to someone as a gift?
Yes, please indicate in the cart notes section that this is a gift and if you wish, include a message and I will send it in a card with your order.
